Plan to attend our IVCA Luncheon as we welcome Eric Martin with SRS Acquiom to highlight key takeaways from the 2023 M&A Deal Terms Study that focus on data points relevant to the IVCA community. The Study presents an analysis of more than 2,100 private-target M&A industry acquisitions valued at more than $460 billion that closed between 2017 and 2022 with most of these M&A deals not required to be publicly reported. Erin Kirchner and Kester Spindler, Cooley LLP, will focus on case studies of deals that hit on some of the smaller findings directly related to PE and VC deals to make this timely learning experience unique.
