IVCA members are part of a community that influences the external impacts on the venture capital/private equity industry. IVCA provides access, information, and a voice for the professional venture capital/private equity investor.
Service professionals provide education and information to investor members through direct interaction, event participation, and information sharing on the IVCA website.

Membership Levels
INVESTOR FIRMS
$3000 / Year
- Venture capital and private equity investors responsible for managing a pool or fund of capital.
- Corporate divisions with a dedicated pool of capital to invest on behalf of the company as a whole.
- Investor firm membership includes an unlimited number of individual members for the firm.
- Annual dues:
- In-State Firms: $3,000
- Out-of-State Firms: $1,500
- To apply for membership:
The IVCA Membership Committee will review your application and notify you. If invited to join, an invoice for dues will accompany your acceptance letter.
Service Provider Firms
$3000 / Year
- Service Provider membership is designed for for-profit Illinois business entities with a strong business relevancy to the venture capital or private equity profession.
- Service provider firm membership includes 2 individual members for the firm.
- Annual dues: $3,000
