The Illinois definition an “investment partnership” that recently passed under Public Act 109-0009 now includes investors in underlying partnerships. Join Jacob Seitz and Anthony Lupo of Andersen Tax LLC’s State and Local Tax Group as they walk us through the new language and tax benefits. This interactive session will also be a forum to collect feedback that will be shared with IDOR as regulations and filing forms are created.
