2023 IVCA Scholar Program Launches

IVCA welcomed it’s 2023 class of IVCA Scholars with a 3-day onboarding session June 20-23. The goal of the sessions was for the Scholars to get to know each other and to learn the basics of our industry. We were fortunate that many of our IVCA members and IVCA Scholar Alums now working in the industry were willing to provide insights into our business model and teach some of our “lingo” to this year’s class.
We’ve encouraged the Scholars to spend the summer expanding their networks so don’t be surprised to hear from some of them to learn more about your firm. Our hope is that the Scholars will establish their careers in Chicago so please let us know if you are hiring – we have many IVCA Scholar alumni who are experienced and looking for a position on the Buy Side.
